During his 10 years of experience Bobby has worked with a variety of clients.  Whether the clients goals are to lose body fat, increase lean muscle tissue or just maintain an optimal health, he certainly has the knowledge and passion to help them achieve those goals. As a well respected personal trainer he believes that results are achieved through a well guided exercise program customized specifically to fit the client needs. Using himself as an example by taking his physical frame from a thin 140 lbs to 250 lbs through weight training and proper nutrition, Bobby has proven that his skills work even for the most extreme cases and he is a living testimony of that. He believes that by   putting your mind to it, you can definitely do it. His training philosophy is better understood through this statement: “The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in a person's determination”.
